Cancellation

I am a host and have a guest who would like to cancel in June due to concerns related to covid 19. Given the current situation and the fact that my home is in New Jersey I have agreed to give her a full refund even though I have a strict cancellation policy. Neither my guest no I can figure out how to do this. Any advice?
