Why would anyone want someone who can only co-host remotely is the question you need to be able to answer @Maad4
The vast majority looking for a co-host wants someone who knows their area, can manage cleaners, be on hand for problem guests etc.
If you have done your market research and know there is a market for virtual co-hosting I would suggest you invest in a marketing plan to promote your co-hosting business to those you have identified as your target market.
