Hi everyone! My husband and I are starting our owner/host journey soon and are looking for someone local to help us manage the property. Our rental will be in the Joshua Tree / Yucca Valley area. We would love to find someone who maybe already helps manage other properties and wants to take on another.

Hello,

I currently CoHost two beautiful properties in Sedona, AZ. I live in Palm Desert, CA. I manage all of the bookings, guest interactions, check-in/out, coordinating with the housekeepers, etc… we have WiFi keypads on the front doors so I am able to manage access remotely. I send the guests welcome letters via Airbnb and handle all communications through Airbnb as well. I am currently looking to take on more properties as I love CoHosting. I am a Real Estate photographer as well and can take stunning images of your listing.
