Co-hosts not getting prohost status

I’m new to these discussion boards so forgive me if this has already been asked.
For some reason my wife and I profile doesn’t reflect the 5 star reviews and prohost status that we have worked so hard to attain. The homeowner who we cohost with doesn’t do anything with the guests yet she gets the prohost label.
At first we thought that that is just the way it is but now that we have been cohosting for a while we are pretty bummed that our profile doesn’t reflect the reputation we work hard to acquire.

Can anyone shed some light or have a similar situation? I wish Airbnb had a solution to this.

I guess you are refering to the "Superhost" status.

It can only be received if you are the primary host:

"Only primary hosts are eligible to attain Superhost status. ":

Reviews, ratings and SH belong to the person whose profile the listing is set up on. Not to those a host might sub contract to help them manage their listing @Kiefer3
