Host not responding

I booked the wrong date for my stay, tried to contact my host and was told to contact Airbnb.

 

I contacted Airbnb on the situation and they tried to contact my host, but was not able to reach him at all.

 

Airbnb said they’ll pass me to another team member that could assist me better. I was never contacted again.

 

What can I do at this point? the reservation is in two days

You can can sent the host a change request ("change" option on the reservation) for the right date(s) (if they are available). If the host and/or Airbnb is not responding and you are not going to stay on the date(s) booked, then you need to cancel the reservation and a refund (if any) will be calculated automatically.
