Community Center Direct Messaging Feature - You do not have sufficient privileges for this resource

Hey everyone, new to the community, just wanted to use the direct messaging feature.

Wanted to know how to utilize it as opening my message inbox shows the following, neither can I see message option for other users:

Would be helpful to know what to do to access it? Some requirements to meet?

Do you still have that issue when trying to use the direct messaging feature ?

As I had this exact message trying to check an old message here on the CC, and the next day, that error message was no longer there.

if you still have it, please let us know exactly the path you are taking to accessing the direct messaging system.
