Compensation
During the pandemic restrictions, bookings for tourists are prohibited in my area. Am I entitled for any kind of compensation from AIRBNB?
Thanks in advance
Georgios

Any other hints of covering expenses?

@Georgios72 why on earth would you think you'd be compensated by Airbnb?
Check with your local authority, you may be entitled to some sort of business grant, however that depends on your personal circumstances.

@Georgios72 If you're registered with the Finanzamt as a small business owner, you might be eligible for a one-time government grant - I don't know how these are being distributed in Bavaria or whether you've missed a deadline, but it's worth investigating.
If you are currently without a source of income, of course you can apply for the social welfare benefit that's relevant to your life circumstances. But I'm not aware of any level of government in Germany that is interested in subsidizing Airbnb hosts to maintain a second home. Many, many hosts have had to sell off their surplus home(s) or switch to the long-term housing market.
