Coupon doesn’t work

Hay everyone, I’ve been trying for two months now to claim my coupon from Airbnb and I’ve proven to be unsuccessful, they owe me a refund for another accommodation as wel. Does anyone know a customer emergency number or email I can use🙏🏻🙏🏻
