Deduction for the booking with 5-STAR reviews

Hello everyone! I am an experience host (130+ reviews). 

A year ago I have a nice couple of travelers, they like my Experience and they made a 5-STAR revew. But after a few months from their Experience, Airbnb send me deduction for those booking (~ $100). How is it possible?

I am trying to connect airbnb support, but no reply from them. Does anyone have same problem?

@Sunsanee0  Sometimes when a deduction comes out of a payout, it's actually associated with a resolution or alteration from a booking from the previous payout cycle. There's not enough info here to know whether this might be the case, but whatever is going on here, I don't think a star rating would have an effect one way or other.
