Hosting styles vary widely among hosts, but many share a common goal of making guests feel welcome and at ease. Some hosts are very hands-on. Others prefer a more independent approach. 

Many find a balance between the two, stepping in when needed while allowing space. 

What would you describe your hosting style in one word?

I haven't had a guest ask for anything extra, aside from an early check-in which I always try to accommodate.  I have had a couple people comment that I have seemed to plan well for the needs of my guests.

It is cheerful, attractive and pictures are true representations of the space.

My Airbnb is located in my backyard. I warmly greet as they arrived and give them a quick brief of the property. I can immediately tell if they would like to interact with you or not, but I usually give them 100% privacy.

It’s a house that sleeps 5. With use of a 1 acre backyard, concrete pool and charcoal grill.

Per me l’ospitalità più bella e’ quella regolata da  reciproco rispetto e educazione. Noi siamo sempre presenti … anche se dietro l’angolo.. L’ospite puo’ sentirsi a casa sua ma deve essere consapevole del fatto che dopo di lui  arrivera’ qualcun altro con le sue stesse esigenze e aspettative. Quindi…se e’ vero che noi ci distinguiamo nell’accoglienza il 

modo con cui  l’ospite ci  lascera’ influenzerà il nostro finale feedback!

For me, the best hospitality is one governed by mutual respect and courtesy. We are always present... even if we're just around the corner. Guests can feel at home, but they must be aware that someone else will arrive after them with the same needs and expectations. So... if it's true that we stand out in hospitality,
