Email received regarding request. Nothing in messages. Request shows earnings of $0.00.

I received a booking request via email but there is no message in my inbox. The request, when I click on it via the email, goes to the "accept or deny" page and states that "one guest, one night, $0.00"

I am unable to message the guest and don't want to click accept OR deny.

Thoughts or ideas? This has never happened before.

Is it a REQUEST or an ENQUIRY?

An enquiry you can reply to but you don't have to accept or deny, you can just reply in writing and let it expire.

If it is a request, call customer service and ask.
