Fake long term lease?

I am looking for apartments in Geneva and I was shown the following apartment. I'm suspecting it to be a scam because the listing site seems weird and the host has been asking for a wire transfer. 

Has anyone sees this site before?

1. It is not the Airbnb website, but a fake look-a-like website.

2. The attached payment procedure is a scam:

3. The host profile page does not exists

Better ignore it all !

Scam.

That's not even an Airbnb URL. And you never send money to anyone on Airbnb- you log your payment information into the Airbnb site under your profile and when you book a place, the payment is automatically withdrawn by Airbnb. Hosts don't even get paid for bookings until 24 hours after a guest checks in- until then the money is held by Airbnb.
