Hi ... my guest has no identification loaded - he says he doesnt know where to add it on from. Please assist

If your guest is having difficulty uploading his ID he will need to call Airbnb @Samantha686

However with the Covid-19 virus they are very busy, so it would be better if he works it out himself.

Thank you so much for your help. I have posted the link to the message with the guest. This is my first booking and still a little weary so needed him to have all the items in place before i just go on and accept his reservation. Thank you !
