Getting reviews

Hi guys, i am a new host. How do i get my hosts to leave reviews on my listing when they check out? I have so far had a few guests but only one of them left a review! How do you guys do this? Thank you. Judith

Hi @Judith700 , the Airbnb system is sending several automated reminder messages to the guest, don't worry. If a guest doesn't want to leave a review, you can't help.

And: reviews which are given under pressure are not better reviews.

If there is an occasion during the check-out, I thank the guest for staying with us and mention that I will leave them a 5-star review. "Hope you enjoyed your stay as well." That's our maximum.
