I've been trying to redeem a gift card that I got for Christmas and I continually get an error message saying the system isn't working. I first tried to redeem it on February 2nd and it hasn't worked since then! I put in a ticket with Customer Service, but they have yet to solve anything, citing a 'misalignment with the engineering department.' I can't believe they would let their system stay down for two weeks! They are losing money on bookings people won't make, including mine. Is anyone else experiencing this? Is Customer Service always this bad?
