One my guest is trying to cancel their trip due to difficulties to travel to Bordeaux because of fires.

My hose is in Carcans and travel should not be an issue. Mu cancellation policy is strict.

Do anyone else had the issue?

 I think as long as there is no government travel advisory against travel to your area you should be fine. 

just say to the guest you are sorry to hear that and that they can claim on their travel insurance for any costs they incur.
