My name is Scott Robinson. I've stayed over 1,600 nights in furnished rental across the globe. I've been hosting on Airbnb for over 3 years. Based in North Carolina, I have an MBA and am general contractor. My wife and business partner is a real estate again and interior designer. Most of our properties were BRRRRs. We also co-host, provide design and furnishing services to other hosts, and remodel homes.

We have a 100-pound giant schnoodle, 4 kids (two in college), and a great life!

Operating short-term rentals is our business. Effectively using a PMS goes a long way to automate many tasks along with a reliable cleaning crew. We took a trip to Abu Dhabi a couple of weeks ago, and our properties continued on without a hitch! 

Sometime the late-night random issues, such as things breaking or guest violating house rules do put a bit of strain on family life, but that's part of being in this business.
