Guest booking issue.

I have a guest that's been with me since July 15th and is booked until Oct. 31st. My guest may need to extend to Nov 30th or longer due to delays in her house being built. However, I have a booking already for the week of Thanksgiving for 4 nights. What should I do if my current guest wants to extend her stay?

They can only extend if you have availability. If they want to extend get them to book the dates that are available and they can find somewhere else to stay for the four nights you have another guest booked in. @Carol6369

This is what I have offered guests in a similar situation..

if this doesn't work for them the guests who want to extend have the option to find an alternative place for the whole duration.
