Guest cancled after arrival

Hello!

 

Yeasterday my guest cancled his booking after check in and he left. 

 

Now I got a message from Airbnb that Ill get a payout...  but I want to waive any fees as guest already left and did not stay.  any help to give him his money back?

Contact customer service and they will be very happy to return his money
