I need to find information on a guest that had an inquiry on a listing of mine

Hi @Darla56  i hope you’re well.

You’ll find the enquiry/message thread in your inbox (unless you’ve archived it) and you can message the guest there.

You’ll only get the full contact details (phone number etc) of a guest once they have have a confirmed reservation with you.
