Guest information - no phone number and last name anymore?

I have been noticing in the last days that new reservations come without the guests's phone number or last name. Is this a novelty? If so, why? Having the guests phone number to be able to contact them on arrival day is essential. Now we have to ask every single guest for they phone number? What is the reason or the sense behind this?

This might be a system error, @Max-and-Iris0 .  My last reservation had both last name and phone number.

Ciaio @Linda108  I have received the last 4 reservations without. I have sent a message to the help center and asked to look into it.

@Linda108 I got an answer. This is an "innovation". Since we are co-hosts and not the primary host, we can not see the phone number anymore. Contact details are not shown anymore to the co-host. This is absolute nonsense and complicates our life significantly.
