Twice now I have had guests want to add a night on the date they are checking out. There isn't a way to send a special offer to avoid the additional cleaning fee. The first time I changed all my settings so they could send a request. The 2nd time I just directly requested the money without it officially blocking it out on my calendar because my guest couldn't figure out how to send me a request.
Is there anyway to make this easier?
