Hacked Account

Hi,

today I encountered a bug that made my old original account inaccessible.
During login, I accidentally entered my phone number and was asked to fill in registration details.
I entered everything (with the mail of my old account) because I was in a hurry.

Now I cannot log in with my old account.

Additionally to this, there appears to be an ad about a place in Berlin about I have never heard of before.

It does seem as if my old account was either hacked or that there was a technical bug.

you should contact AirBNB customer service for your issue.

Here in the CC, it is a host forum and other guest with question related with their stay.

II believe we cannot help you with your issue.

looking at your SirBNB profile, I do not know see anything wrong.

Your old account shows a listing, which seems to be suspended.

Why having an old and new account ?

It is not allowed to own 2 accounts.

Only Airbnb can  help you with this issue.
