Hi, I am from Pennsylvania, I own and manage 2 condos in Garden City, SC. I have been doing this about 4 years, and just found this community. Glad to be a part of it.

@Lynn1912 Airbnb Community Center is great! I don't know how there aren't more hosts in here. It could be like a centralized space for us to discuss all kinds of subjects globally, instead of just using facebook groups... Welcome, Lynn!
