Hi All, Hi Bhumika,
at the moment its quit difficult to have guest and an booked apartment. But generally to host in Uganda is really lovely
Thank you for sharing @Anna-Miriam0 ! What do you think could be the reasons for low bookings? Is it a slow booking season in Uganda currently?
Yes I think its the season right now in Uganda.
I see @Anna-Miriam0 , how are you dealing with it? Have you explored offering discounts or custom promotions to attract guests?
On a side note, I noticed your beautiful listing photos and was wondering if you designed the interior set up yourself? 😍
Yes we offering discounts for stays like 7 days etc. And I think even for the nice apartment we have a really low rate.
Thanks for your compliment, yes I designed it on my own.
That's wonderful @Anna-Miriam0 !
What things do you usually keep in mind while designing your listing? Do you prioritize aesthetics or prefer a minimal decoration?
What do you think attracts guests the most in Uganda?
Looking forward to hear your designing tips and ideas! 😍
Dear @Bhumika ,
for the design we used pictures from a painter in Uganda. For me the design should be simple but different from home. That someone could feel during his stay on a different place. I think the most visitors in Uganda like the nature, the animals and the behavior from the uganda’s. They are friendly, open minded.
