Hey everyone! I’m Jess and I’m excited to be here and connect with other hosts in Fort Lauderdale!

I co-manage a few short-term rentals under my brand XJ Stays, and I also run an interior styling business focused specifically on Airbnb and vacation rental design. I’m based in NY but have a strong love for all things Fort Lauderdale (especially Flagler Village, Las Olas area ).

My goal is to help hosts create spaces that actually convert bookings, reviews, and return guests. I just dropped a digital guide called for any host who’s looking to elevate their space (without hiring a designer). Happy to share tips, ideas, or collab if anyone’s ever looking to network!
