Hi Airbnb Community! ๐Ÿ‘‹

Hi Airbnb Community! ๐Ÿ‘‹

My name is Ashot Asoyan and I'm joining from Yerevan, Armenia ๐Ÿ‡ฆ๐Ÿ‡ฒ

I have spent the last 10 years in short-term rental and hospitality โ€” it is not just my career, it is genuinely the only world I know and love. Over this journey I became part of KEYGO Innovative Hospitality, where I built and now oversee a portfolio of 200+ apartments in Yerevan from the ground up.

Armenia is a country with thousands of years of history, incredible warmth, and a hospitality culture that runs deep in our DNA. Yet in the global Airbnb community, we are still largely unknown โ€” and I want to change that.

I am here to share everything I have learned over a decade: from building a large portfolio through trust and personal relationships, to automating guest experiences, optimizing occupancy, and understanding what travelers truly value when they arrive somewhere new.

My goal is simple โ€” to contribute, to connect, and to help anyone who needs it. Whether you are a new host with your first listing or an experienced manager scaling your business, I am happy to share what I know. This is just the beginning for me here.

Looking forward to being part of this amazing community! ๐Ÿ™Œ

Hi @Ashot7 ๐Ÿ‘‹

Welcome to the Community Center! It's great to have you here with us. You sound like you have a lot of experience with hosting, are you also part of the Airbnb Airbnb Co-host Network?

I can't wait to see what you share with other hosts. ๐Ÿ˜Š

Hi @Rebecca ! โ˜บ๏ธ

Thank you for your welcome message, I really appreciate it!

To answer your question โ€” no, I am not part of the Co-Host Network yet. Armenia is not in the list of available countries. But I am not just waiting โ€” I am here to learn, grow, and build my presence in this community so that when Armenia becomes available, I will be ready to put myself forward as a candidate.

I am very happy to be here and I will do my best to share my experience and help other hosts.

Looking forward to connecting with everyone! โ˜บ๏ธ๐Ÿ™‚โ€โ†•๏ธ

That's great that you're thinking ahead! Sorry to hear Armenia isn't on the list yet; hopefully it won't be too long before that changes.

What kind of hosting do you do in Armenia? Are you managing your own listings or solely co-hosting for others? ๐Ÿ˜Š

The Community Center has so much information and daily new questions. If you head to the top of the page you'll see the ๐Ÿ” search bar - if you type a question in there, you'll get lots of results, but also, you can check the most recent posts on the homepage. You can also ask your own questions if you have something particular, or even ask for feedback on a listing!

Thank you for the tips, I will definitely explore the Community Center more! To answer your question โ€” I work as a property manager in Armenia. I oversee a portfolio of 200+ apartments for property owners who want to list on Airbnb but either don't have the time or the knowledge to manage it themselves. Instead of hiring their own staff, they trust everything to me and my team.

We have cleaners, technicians, photographers, a pricing team, and a marketing team โ€” all working together to make every apartment successful on Airbnb. Our goal is to fully automate the process so that property owners earn well without being involved in the day-to-day operations at all.

This personal account I keep only for myself โ€” for learning, connecting, and contributing to this amazing community! ๐Ÿ˜Š Looking forward to growing here with everyone!

We're looking forward to seeing what you share @Ashot7 ๐Ÿ™Œ
