Hi, I need some help with my cancelation

Hi, I have spoken to my host Erik regarding my reservation cancelation due to our today covid19 pandemic and he agree to give a full refund

on my reservation and also told me to go through you guys to get the refund.

please let me know asap how can you resolve that for me .
