Hosting 3 years. Super hosts for most of that period. 
PANDEMIC LOCKDOWNS, BORDER CLOSURES and a record breaking, CATASTROPHIC FLOOD last month have impacted our bookings causing cancellations or rescheduling. We achieved all super host criteria this period except the number of stays. We fell short by one! Very disappointed!

Do you think you’ll you’ll meet the number is stays requirement for the next assessment period?

We have the required bookings in place....lets hope no unforeseen circumstances beyond our control impact them.

So sorry for the flooding as I have personal experience with this. No one understands how bad it is until it happens. @Marg-and-Steve0   BTW I think super host means nothing to most guests.

oh that's brutal. You are in such a lovely spot, northern NSW is God's own country. and i also don't think superhost means that much. I'm trying to remember what i thought of it when i was just a traveller and I have to say "not much".   Your place looks incredible btw.
