My name is Zac & I am a Realtor in the Destin-30A area located in the Florida Panhandle on the Emerald Coast!
A client of mine who is searching for a property on 30A to add to his portfolio also owns a house in Panama City Beach & he asked me one day if I managed short-term vacation rental properties because he wasn't a big fan of the current management company even though he was able to buy the house off-market since it was one of the properties managed by that company.
That is what sparked an idea for me to start an Airbnb/VRBO business.
Could anyone please explain to me how it works? How would I get paid & what percentage should I pay my client who would be allowing me to host his property?
I haven't started my business yet because I want to make sure that I have everything in place before I do anything!
Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
