Por el momento nos vamos ayudando entre todos, al ser una empresa cada uno de nosotros está más experimentado o en el trato con el cliente, preparar la propiedad, gestionar la parte fiscal etc. Así que aplicamos estas fortalezas con las que cuenta cada miembro del equipo para llevar a cabo la gestión de las propiedades que ofertamos en la plataforma.

By profession, I am a financial advisor with over 25 years of experience. One key lesson I’ve learned—both from my profession and my travels—is that building a personal connection with clients (or guests) makes all the difference. Whether it’s financial planning or hospitality, the principles are the same: clarity, communication, empathy, and attention to detail.
From the moment a guest books until they check out, I ensure our communication is warm, clear, and helpful. For example, if someone books for more than one day, I send a friendly message the next morning like:
“Good morning! I hope you’re enjoying your stay. Just wanted to check in—are the pillows and mattress comfortable? Is the air conditioning working well?”
Simple messages like these go a long way in building trust and making guests feel genuinely cared for.
We also provide curated local recommendations, as well as helpful “Dos and Don’ts” to make their travel experience smoother and more enjoyable. These thoughtful touches not only boost guest confidence but also set our property apart.
To stay updated and improve my hosting skills, I regularly follow Airbnb’s “Arrivals” newsletter and watch helpful hosting videos. Learning from the community and continuously evolving my approach has been key to my growth.
Ultimately, my goal is not just to host but to create a space where guests feel at home, cared for, and respected. Hosting has become a beautiful extension of my lifelong journey in client service—and I’m excited to see where it takes me next.

I have been a host for 2 years (a guest since 2011) and got Superhost in my first month - I didn’t think it was possible to get this in one month but followed the guidelines and got it - and continue to get it quarterly. We have two listings and it’s been a fun journey!

i have hosted before i think it was
2018 time goes so quickly only for 3 months then i had a permanent let until now
si thought i would have another go! I do Pilates on zoom twice a week and look after and walk my daughters dog a few times a week I have not long got into fluid art which I love I also do an art class on zoom one a week
