How to confirm a reservation
How do you confirm a reservation as a host? I have confirmed the reservation and the client has arrived how do you set it to arrived?

@Justin-Emmanuel0 you don't need to do anything when the guest arrives (or leaves). The system just assumes they have arrived/left as per the booking.

@Justin-Emmanuel0 Hosts do not "confirm" reservations. Hosts either accept or decline a request and a booking is confirmed by Airbnb when the guest's payment method has been successfully charged.
There are many articles for hosts on the Airbnb main site Help section, that would be useful for you to read, that explain many aspects of hosting, if you haven't read them already.
