Hurricane - cancelation

Hey guys,

Today was going to be my first rental as a host on my Merida house.

Unfortunately, as the hosts were coming in the house, a tree from the neighbor destroyed my water system (there's a hurrican right now in Merida). The guests were sorry and found another rental for the night.

My question is : who do I contact to cancel the reservation? I don't want to pay any fee and the hurrican is an obvious well knocn cirumstance.

I haven't received any money yet but the cancelation is DURING the stay. It seems I'm under the fee threat, even though there's nothing we can do.

Any advice?
