I need assistance, please…. A number of queries are made for dates that the tenant does not really want….. it’s being used to manipulate the system…. In other words, the potential tenant is not happy with my blocked out dates, then requested available dates, with a message requesting blocked dates. I then need to preapprove or decline with incorrect information…..?
@Charmaine131 If it is a booking inquiry then you should just respond but NOT accept/decline
If it is a booking request then reply to the guest that, unless they rescind the request within a few hours you will be forced to accept the request (for dates they do not want) and they will be charged.
