If you could host any celebrity, who would it be and why?

Hello everyone 😊,

I hope you’re having a great week!

Hosting often brings unexpected and memorable encounters, but it’s interesting to imagine who we would choose to welcome into our space. A celebrity guest could bring a completely different energy, whether it’s through inspiring conversations, unique habits, or simply a different perspective on travel and comfort.

If you could host any celebrity, who would it be and why?

I’m looking forward to reading your thoughts!

Warm regards,

Elisa 🌻

Hi @Muslim4 😊

What are Kazakhstan’s national souvenirs?

I would love to host Melinda and Bill Gates. Thank you for asking!

Hello Elisa 😊,

That’s such a fun question!

Last year, we had the pleasure of hosting Mete Gazoz, one of Türkiye’s national athletes and an Olympic gold medalist. It was truly a memorable experience very humble, respectful, and inspiring.

If I could choose a celebrity to host this year, I would love to welcome Greta Thunberg. Her advocacy, including her support for Palestinians, has really impressed me. I deeply admire her courage and commitment to standing up for what she believes in. It would be an honor to host her, and honestly, she wouldn’t even need to pay I would gladly welcome her as my guest.

Looking forward to hearing everyone else’s choices!

Warm regards,
Ayşe

Hi @Ayse147 😊

I’m happy you like this question!

Lucky you for hosting this athlete. Where are you hosting from?

Hi @Ayse147 😊

Thank you for your kind reply!
I’m happy to hear the hosting season is going well.

I would love to visit Turkey in 2028, let’s see how I can plan it. How many days would you recommend for a visit?

If you’re planning a trip for 2028, here’s a brief guide on how many days you might want to spend in Türkiye:
1. Basic Tour (7–10 Days)
This tour is ideal if you want to focus on the main cultural centers:
• Istanbul (3–4 days): A must-visit to see the Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque and enjoy the Bosphorus.
• Cappadocia (2–3 days): Famous for its fairy chimneys and hot air balloon tours at sunrise.
• Ephesus (2 days): One of the most impressive ancient cities on the Mediterranean.
2. Mediterranean Experience (10–14 Days)
If you want to blend history with the world’s most beautiful coastline, head south:
• Antalya Coast: Spending 7-14 days here lets you enjoy beaches in areas like Konyaaltı and explore the surrounding mountains and ruins.
• Turquoise Coast: Spending a few days in Kaş or Fethiye is perfect for boat tours and diving.
3. Grand Tour (15–21 Days)
With a three-week itinerary, you can fully experience Türkiye’s diversity, including the lush plateaus of the Black Sea region or the incredible cuisine and history of the Southeast.
Quick Tip: Aim for late spring (May/June) or early fall (September) for your 2028 trip. The weather is perfect for exploring without the intense heat of midsummer.

@Elisa I’d probably pick someone like Keanu Reeves super low-key, respectful and just seems like the kind of guest every host would want.

Hi @Priyanka102 😊

That’s a good one!

Is there anything in particular you’d like to ask him?

John Hamm so he can dance "Turn the Lights off" in person-LOL  Such a great guy too.

Hi @Maria24451 😊

Thank you for sharing this here.

I don’t know this person, who is it?

@Elisa I don't think i want to host any celebrities. I just like the guests to be the average person from wherever. The is no need to be pretentious but to be your own self.

I don't want to create an extra something for a person who expects recognition or a special deal.

Hi @Laurelle3 😊

It’s so nice reading from you!

I totally feel you and appreciate your point of view.

Do you have anyone you especially appreciate?

@Elisa I like to share our cottage with families as they are able to have a holiday by the beach that they can walk to.

Yes families do create more work with little fingers and more cleaning.

But hotels don't offer the same space, a kitchen to cook in( to save money) and a small garden to play in and privacy.
