(Buena Park does not allow Airbnb without first obtaining approval and a permit from the city. please contact city hall (Suzanne) and cease operating. in addition, we do not allow entire home air BnB nor allow renters to operate an Airbnb in apartments.)
It is weird that the City Hall is contacting you via an inquiry on your listing (assuming Susan and Suzanne are same person ? ). Maybe pre-approve the inquiry so you can speak to this person in your guest house .......
