Insurance for independent contractor cleaners

For my Airbnbs, I use a team of cleaners who are independent contractors. Do I need to have any insurance that covers them should they get hurt on the job, or is there any insurance they should be carrying themselves (and perhaps compensate them for it?). Airbnb's "Host Liability Insurance" suggests that cleaners are covered by this policy. Is this true?

@Anj1  I suppose all jurisdictions have different laws, but it seems like independent contractors should be self-insured and I would question them about this. 

An employee is different- the employer is responsible.
