I have had my listing suspended for three days now without any reason or ability to speak with someone about it.
Any ideas on who to talk to?

IMO your listing is supended because of low rating. See review.
Also it is both of my listings, how long do suspensions usually take?
I contacted them, my ticket has been open for three days, they say they escalated it to a dedicated team but I have not heard from them till date.
They useally mention how long the listing will be suspended (like 5 days). If they did not, it is hard to say.
Communication with Airbnb CS is always slow and the "dedicated team" will first investigate.
What happened resulting in the low rating ?
