Also, you can do a price analysis yourself by looking at your area on AIRBNB like a guest that would like to book a similar accommodation.

for sure no 2 AirBNB are thé same as we all have our difference but search for the same number of room and same number of guest to have an idea of the price range.

to start, you can offer a lower price to attract guest and a few comments on your listing. And after you can play with your pricing everyday if you want to
