Is there a local host group in Dusseldorf @SmartLivings1  if so I would ask for recommendations there. It's always a good idea to have co-hosts who live locally so that if you need them to come out to a place if there is a problem with guests or the listings that can be available to do so (unless this is something you are planning to do yourself?)
