We are an Eglish couple and have managed 8 luxury apartments in a beach condominium for other foreign owners for five years - we are looking for a like minded couple with energy & enthusiasm to take responsibility for the daily running either for a season or with a veiw for a longer term management buyout.

Located directly on the beach in an authentic Brasilian beach Island in North East Brazil. Few international visitors, a understanding of Portuguese or being an expert in google translate with a sense of humour for when misunderstandings happen is needed (we started without a word of Portuguese!)
