Lost my Superhost status

Today, i feel very unhappy as i just lost my superhost status, not for being a bad host but i was rated two star twice and 4 star a couple of times because majority of my guests have refused to read that my unit is a 2 bed one bath apartment and i have pointed this out to airbnb atleast twice, i just keep hearing it wont affect my ratings which it does. I feel devastated because of the hard work i put in.

Your listing is very beautiful and artistic! I saw that you've created a couple of new listings - is this to see if having the listing as a one bedroom will help with the reviews?

Thank you @Rebecca, i am also an interior designer and i put it alot of work to make sure my units look good enough. I only listed the same units as one bedrooms to maximize bookings

@Aisha200 You can tell - I adore the bright pop of yellow! Did you take the photographs too? 

Hopefully with the same listing as a one bedroom it might help with the reviews? What do you think?
