Money back from host directly?

What happened when your guest arrived at the house and decided that he doesn't want to sleep there but did not cancel later want his money back from host directly?

The guest is reponsible for taking the correct actions.

If the guest does not take correct steps (like cancelling the reservations, inform airbnb etc) when there is issue, you as a host are not responsible for that.
