Hello everyone! Thankful to be a new part of this community! 
Im excited to partake in this new adventure! Just completed the lower level of my home to accommodate an additional income. I am a single mom raising her 3 kids, a real estate brokerage owner and broker. 
I recently bought a 2 unit home near this one and once my tenants move out, I will likely air bnb that home too. The unit just went on today, and I’m hoping to see some bookings!
