One month of reservations going to an old hosts account

Having a co host-turned owner nightmare. On one property that I managed as co-host, one of the ‘partners’ in the property whose account has the listing has left town. We have one more month of reservations on the account. I am taking over his position as a partner in the property and need to see out these reservations on the current listing. I have blocked the future dates and started a new listing under my account. If the previous partner makes me a primary host, can I change payout method to my bank account without affecting any of the other properties on his account? I have tried talking with Airbnb but I can’t get a clear answer. Anyone else experienced something like this? Basically I am paying the rent and the reservation money is going to someone no longer involved!

Hi @Vicky373 I hope you are well!

No, as the primary host you can't access or change payout methods etc- only the listing admin (the person who owns the account) can make those changes to their account.

This is really something you should have sorted out before you agreed to this arrangement @Vicky373

You will need to speak to the partner you took over from and ensure he pays you in line with your agreement for the bookings.
