Partial Refund - Service Fee adjustments

Hi, because of constructions happening in the building, I will send a partial refund to our current guest. 

How can I request that AirBnB adjusts their service fee for the guest and I so it takes into account the new total cost of the stay?

@Adrien21  All you can do is send the guest a refund through the Resolution center. You can't get Airbnb to change the service fees that were charged.
