Hi, I'm interested in signing up as a partner to manage properties. How do I sign up? I have a good relationship with Airbnb and positive reviews. What are some different companies?

I can't see on your profile that you have any reviews as a host.

However if you want to set up a cohosting business then develop a business plan to identify what services you are going to offer and develop a marketing plan to identify how you will market your services to hosts you have identified as your target market.
