My rating is 4.67 but all my reviews are higher than this. Anyone no why my overall rating is lower than my average rating by guests?

Here are a couple of things to try:
1) In the browser version of Airbnb, go to Insights/Quality/Overall Quality, scroll down to the Reviews section, and expand all the reviews. Make sure that the “Overall Quality” rating listed at the top of each review is a 5.
2) If your reviews pass the above test, I did notice that you cancelled a reservation. A review is posted to your listing if you cancel a reservation. Although I have not found any documentation to prove this, perhaps that cancellation “review” is posted with a rating of 0, and counted in the number of reviews. If I divide 65 (14 reviews, 5 stars each) by your review count + 1 (the 1 being the cancellation review) I get a rounded value of 4.67 (14 * 5 / 15 reviews).
