Hi, I had a reservation request from a guest and for some reason it didn't get confirmed. It then timed out and has now been cancelled by Air BnB. Is there a way to get this re-instated as we are in communication with the guest and both parties still want the reservation to go ahead?
It probably did not get confirmed because of payment problems, or because airbnb red flagged the guest's account.
Why wouldn't they just try to rebook? You can always call airbnb.
@John4434 if rebooking isn't successful for the guest they need to call Airbnb.
