Need to refund a guest who cancelled and was given a 50% refund. 30 days has passed and can’t see a way to refund the balance.

I believe you would have to use the resolution center to send them money:
Login to your account
Type airbnb.com/resolutions in the browser
You'll need their reservation number and then you can send money to them.
They were refunded per our strict policy. Then we found out there home has damaged in a tornado. Unfortunately life got in the way and we forgot about it.
